Being able to find the information you need, and to see the result of what you do. Being able to reuse what you have learned when working across several tools. Usability is built up from these, one step at a time.
How we work
We test by actually using what we build and turn the issues we find into the next improvement. We review everything from how screens look to how they communicate with the server.
